Salal & Cedar and Fossil Free Faith are offering a NonViolent Direct Action Training for people of faith and spiritual practice who are concerned for ecological justice. Participants will get a sense of what participating in civil disobedience looks like including roles for supporting peaceful acts of resistance which don’t involve risking arrest, and have the opportunity to ask questions and do some moral discernment around the risks that the climate crisis presents. $5-25 suggested donation, no one turned away for lack of funds.
