You are dust and to dust you shall return. Come and begin the season of Lent with a heart of repentance and feet on the sacred land. We will meet at Vancouver Catholic Worker’s Samaritan House for a brief time of prayer and receive a mark of ashes as sign of penitence. The service will be led by lay people and clergy from Lutheran, United, Roman Catholic Women Church, Anglican, and other traditions. Some of us will then walk to a nearby blockade in solidarity with Wet’suwet’en hereditary chiefs and people caring for their traditional territory.
