With our friends at Earth Keepers, Salal + Cedar is offering prayer and hospitality during the march and rally against the Kinder Morgan transmountain pipeline expansion. Nearby the march rallying point, at Spirit of Life Lutheran Church, we will offer:
10-until the march leaves a quiet respite with washrooms and refreshments for seniors, people with disabilities, and families with small children
a place to consider the Pledge of Resistance with other people of faith
10:30-11:30 Eucharist: all are welcome to this ecologically focused celebration of the communion meal
11:45 a place for individuals and communities of faith to meet and join the rally together (bring your banners, we will march as a group)
12:00-3:00 a quiet place for those who cannot make the march to support the event with their prayers
