Join us and a group of Friends at Kwekwecnewtxw (the Watch House) for Quaker-inspired sitting together in silence.
We gather together weekly for worship – sometimes clergy-led, sometimes lay-led, sometimes ecumenical, sometimes Anglican, sometimes eucharistic, sometimes not. All are welcome.
Please dress for the weather, and bring a chair or something to make sitting on the ground a reasonable alternative. There is often a snack afterward. Bring something to share if you wish.
We strive to be accessible to all bodies, ages and genders. This event takes place in a forested area, off a wide gravel path with some rough terrain. It is expected to take place entirely out of doors. There are gendered public toilets two hundred metres away from the Watch House near the parking lot.
