Remembering Pat McSherry

We are sorry to announce that beloved community member Pat McSherry died of ovarian cancer March 23.

We are grateful for the gift of Pat in our community and in our lives; many were touched by her energy, enthusiasm and forthrightness. For those who were not able to attend the Requiem Mass at St. James or the Carnegie Centre event on April 7th, the Metro Vancouver Alliance will hold a memorial on April 10th. And Salal + Cedar will host a celebration of the Eucharist and scattering of Pat’s ashes by sea and forest at a date to be announced in consultation with Pat’s family.
