What’s Happening in April

In April, you are invited to join us as we continue to support those who stand in solidarity with the first people and with the earth against corporate power. We will visit Camp Cloud to lend our presence and practical assistance; join with the Coast Protectors in taking action at the gates of Kinder Morgan; and provide hospitality for a community potluck for those who live directly in the shadow of the power of Kinder Morgan. Later this month, we invite everyone to participate in a faith responses day on Burnaby Mountain.

We mourn the passing of our dear friend, the indispensable Pat McSherry. May she rest in peace and rise in glory, and be well remembered by those who loved her.

Restoration of Coleman Creek in North Vancouver continues with several planting opportunities later in the month. Don’t miss this chance to come and get your hands dirty!
