What’s Happening in November

In November, Salal + Cedar celebrates the feast of All Saints and All Souls at St Margaret Cedar Cottage with members of the Hineni House intentional community. Draw near while the veil is thin and build an altar to remember your beloved dead. Then, on November 10, we continue to grow our love of place as we meet to walk and pray the perimeter of Rice Lake in North Vancouver. We’ll celebrate the Eucharist lakeside midway through the walk. St Mary’s Kerrisdale hosts Salal + Cedar Sunday November 19 to explore palm trees and prophets. After three services with SMK, the visit continues with an afternoon with the senior youth group.
